I will be in a 9 hour beer drinking event. Every beer drinking game known to man Any advice for the whole day

I need advice on Pre event, During the Event, Post the event. I know I have to stay hydrated. Do not eat alot of oily,fat food before the event. I need advice on hydrating the best way water or gatorade. This is mostley a beer event. Any advice would really help. Is there somthing that i can chew where after 3 hours i don't get that bitter beer face.I will be in a 9 hour beer drinking event. Every beer drinking game known to man Any advice for the whole day
You ARE supposed to eat oily/greasy foods before you drink. They coat your stomach lining so less alcohol is absorbed. You can also continue ti ingest oily/greasy foode while you drink to maintain the effect.





If you have a big meal beforehand it will take longer to get drunk. If you have a regular size to small size meal beforehand and continue to snack then you will not get as wasted as if you drink then eat or just eat then drink and dont eat anything afterwards to help soak up some of the alcohol.





Make sure you have some water or gatorade after/between every couple of beers (both are good to hydrate so either will work)





As far as not making a bitter beer face, well either u will get drunk and not care about or notice the taste anymore, or you will just get used to it. If after 9 hours of beer drinking you still make a face then I'm guessing that beer just isnt for you!I will be in a 9 hour beer drinking event. Water, water, water, Twice the water of beer. 24 oz. water per 12oz beer. Gatorade has too much sugar(can you say hangover from hell?). You may also want to look into wearing a catheter. ha ha ha. Not to be the pessimist here but.......I don't know anyone that could last 9 hours anyway. Sounds like a recipe for alcohol poisoning. YIKES!








EDIT: You don't want to get drunk after 3 hours eh? you may have some unrealistic expectations my friend.
Drink water the whole time. Gatorade is OK...but you don't want to drink it all day.





But do eat....a little at a time all day. And fatty foods help...not sure where you get to stay away.
